Branding, Digital, Social, Motion

Working in partnership with Twitter’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality & Accessibility) team, I liased directly with the organization’s many Business Resource Groups to create a custom logo or emoji, which then informed branding & presentation materials & templates, social assets, and custom animations. The challenge was distilling the wants and needs of widely diverse groups represented by a global team into a mark that’s effective at 72x72 and successfully speaks to all of those it represents.

These toolkits were utilized both within Twitter internally and live on the platform, launching around tentpole cultural events and celebrations, including Pride, Hispanic Heritage Month, Black History Month, Veteran’s Day and more, reaching an audience of more than 2 million users.
